1. Giveaway Period: The Snack Factory and Boursin Cheese National Pretzel Day Giveaway (“the Sweepstakes”) starts April 26, 2024 at 9:00 AM EST and ends April 29, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Eligibility: To be eligible to enter, you must be an Instagram account holder who is at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry [19 for residents of AL & NE] and a legal resident of the U.S. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and the respective household members, of Campbell Soup Company (”Sponsor”) or Boursin Cheese (“Prize Supplier”), affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, representatives, agents and all others associated with the design, execution, production, development, and promotion of this promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. If applicable, winner may receive an IRS form 1099 for the retail value of the prize. Void where prohibited.
3. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes you must be a registered account holder of Instagram and follow @snackfactory. You may register for an account for free by visiting https://Instagram.com. Registration for and use of Instagram and other Instagram applications are subject to Instagram’s terms and conditions and Sponsor has no responsibility with respect to such registration or use. You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram and information will only be used by Sponsor. By entering, you provide a complete release of Instagram from any and all responsibilities implied or provided by Sponsor. To enter, go to Instagram account @snackfactory during the Sweepstakes Period and add a comment, tagging a friend, to the April 26 post referring to the Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps and Boursin Cheese National Pretzel Day Giveaway “(Entry”) along with #Giveaway to receive one Entry into the sweepstakes. Entries/posts must be in the English language and contain #Sweepstakes to be eligible. Each comment tagging a friend and using #Giveaway counts as an entry, users may enter as many times as they like. Wireless phone charges and data rates may apply. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, destroyed, late, misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from any and all Sweepstakes, at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries generated by any automated means are void and may be disqualified
4. Drawing: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about April 30, 2024 from among all eligible Entries received by Sponsor. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received. Entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period are only eligible for this Sweepstakes and do not remain eligible for any subsequent sweepstakes.
5. Prize Details: One (1) winner will be select at random to win 12 bags of Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps (variety of flavors) and 5 flavors of Boursin Cheese. Approximate Retail Value of prize (“ARV”): $96. Prize is non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if Prize or any part of the Prize is not available.
6. Agreement of Official Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and legally binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Whether an Entrant receives a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein (the “Official Rules”).
7. Entry Limits: Each Entrant may enter as often as they choose. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. If the identity of an entrant is disputed, the authorized Instagram account holder at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the Instagram account associated with the selected entry.
8. Grant of Rights to Sponsor: By submitting an Entry, Entrant hereby agrees that Sponsor is granted the unconditional and perpetual right to post, display, publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify such Entry in any way, in any and all media, for any purpose, without limitation, and without consideration to the Entrant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity. Entry in this Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s irrevocable assignment, conveyance and transference to Sponsor of all right, title and interest in the Entry, including, without limitation, all copyrights without compensation to the Entrant. Sponsor will have the right to use the Entry in any packaging, merchandising, advertising, marketing, promotion or for any other commercial or non-commercial purpose. Entrant forever waives and relinquishes on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executor, and Administrator and assigns any and all rights, including but not limited to goodwill in and to the Entry. Entrant also irrevocably grants Sponsor the right to use their name, voice, likeness and biographical material in or related to the Entry. Entrant agrees not to issue any publicity on behalf of or in connection with Sponsor, their Entry and/or their participating in the Sweepstakes. All Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned.
9. Winner Notification: Potential winner will always be notified by Instagram direct message and on the giveaway post by the official @snackfactory account (“Winner Notification Message”) to discuss next steps. A link will not be sent to a potential winner. By entering this Sweepstakes entrants hereby consent to be contacted by Sponsor for administration of this Sweepstakes. Winner must supply their email address to receive communications from Sponsor. Please check your email and spam filters. If a potential winner does not reply to Sponsor’s Winner Notification Message within twenty-four (24) hours to claim prize, his or her entry will be void and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such potential winner and another potential winner may be chosen or such unclaimed prizes may not be awarded, at Sponsor’s option. Sponsor shall make a reasonable amount of attempts to award the Prizes. Once potential winner notification is confirmed to Sponsor, the potential prize winner may be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability, and where legal, a Publicity Release to be signed and returned within the number of days indicated on the Affidavit. In the event that: (a) the Winner Notification Message is returned as undeliverable or Sponsor does not receive a response to the Winner Notification Message within twenty-four (24) hours; (b) any required documents are not returned as specified; (c) winner does not comply with any term of these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

Release: By entering this Sweepstakes, each Entrant consents to the use of his or her Entry, name, city of residence and any image or other recording of or that may be taken or any of the foregoing in publicity carried out by the Sponsor and its agent, without further notice or compensation. All entries, images or recordings become the property of the Sponsor. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant irrevocably, perpetually, and without limitation, grants the Sponsor the exclusive right to use or publish such entry and any images or recordings in any way, in commerce, and in any media worldwide in any format (electronic, print, or other) for perpetuity and waives all of his or her rights, in and to the entry and any images or recordings. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or those of any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. 13. Disputes: Entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to Camden, NJ and to not raises the defense of forum non-conveniens.

No further informational or marketing communications will be received by entrants unless entrants provide Sponsor with permission to do so.
