Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps with Creamy Spinach Dip

Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps
1 Package Chopped Spinach
1 Package Cream Cheese
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1.5 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Onion, Minced
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Heat olive oil in a large sauce pan and add the onions and garlic, sautéing them until golden brown. Add in the spinach and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Once the spinach and onions have cooked together, add in milk, cream cheese, mayo and parmesan cheese and allow the cheese to melt down, then turn the heat to low. Allow the ingredients to simmer together, continuing to stir occasionally.
Serve warm with Original Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps.
